While the public speaking skills, time management, memorization, and team building we learn in Rainbow helped prepare me for success with things like passing the bar exam, client relations, and running a business, it is the cross-generational relationships that truly built me into the person I am today. These women and men, along with the current members I now get to work with, have shown me what strength, grace, and courage look like and have given me the confidence needed to be successful in my field while staying true to my values.
