I help companies engage their people in any organizational changes they are going through. Those changes could be a new company structure, product strategy, software/technology, or even a cultural shift. The thing is, a company could have the best strategy in the world, but if their people don’t understand or believe in that strategy, it will never succeed. I learned about the power of people through Rainbow. Rainbow not only gave me lifelong sisters, but also gave me the confidence and skills to communicate with clients, lead complex projects, and always bring my authentic self to work.
