California Rainbow is looking for excited Rainbow Alumni to join Team Talent. We are looking for 5 Coaches and 1 Assistant Director. Each coach will represent a different area of the Team: Vocal, Dance, Instrumental, Comedy/Precision and Sports. If you have a strong background in any of these areas and want to share your own talent with California Rainbow, please apply. Members of Team Talent will serve as ambassadors throughout the state, promoting the competition at their local events. See a girl sing a beautiful song? Encourage her to apply. Serve as her mentor. Overhear a girl talking about her love of baton twirling? Encourage her to apply! The Team will serve as mentors for all girls who wish to apply. Maybe a duo is stuck on what song to sing and needs some help determining which choice serves their voices best? Or maybe a comedy group needs some guidance organizing themselves. Or maybe a girl gets some nerves the night before her audition and she just needs someone to talk to. Team Talent will be here to help make sure that no girl who wants to do Grand Talent is left behind.

I think this is a wonderful idea. it will enable so many more young women the opportunity to shine. I have spent 20 years competing or teaching dance I also play 7 different instruments.
