The commitment:
- 2 year term
- At least 16 years old as of January 30, 2019
- Contribute on at least 90% of our monthly calls
- Attend annual retreat weekends
- Expect to dedicate about 2-5 hours/month preparing
- Always show up with energy and enthusiasm
