Having the opportunity to grow up around strong, independent, powerful women who always strove to achieve their dreams encouraged me to do the same! I use many lessons that I learned as a girl including public speaking and the ability to put myself in new situations which have led me to make contacts all around the world and is what gave me the opportunity to study in Australia. The skills I gained from being a member shine through every day and I could not be more grateful for all the lessons Rainbow imparted on me.

You wouldn’t know from talking with me, but Rainbow came into my life when I needed it the most. I was being bullied horribly at school. This organization has helped me overcome many obstacles with anxiety. I doubt I’d ever find the confidence I have today without it. It’s helped me realize that I don’t need to fit a mold, I simply need to be myself. I work in management in retail but, I can now help someone every day.

Because of CA IORG, I knew I wanted to be in a career that would be of service to others each day, which led me to my career in HR. Not only do I get to train, mentor and coach my team, but I also get to work with candidates to help them find their career path. I also get to train and develop other leaders to grow their leadership skills. Because of Rainbow, I had the courage, self-confidence, and drive to grow quickly in my career. I have the confidence to speak in front of a crowd of executives, and the skills to be successful in my career, all because of what I learned in Rainbow.
